How to vote for Fragment Protocol
Fragment Protocol has the potential to transform the NFT economy in a lasting, sustainable way. By creating secondary markets for NFTs, we would be putting infrastructure in place that would see this industry thrive and allow more people to get involved and reap the benefits of this new financial transaction system. Currently, the project is in development but it will be able to launch with just a little bit of help on your end.
To get funding for full development so the platform can realize its full innovative potential we are participating in the Binance Smart Chain Hackathon. The hackathon is being held to promote the development of projects operating on the BSC network and will be underway until April 26. Binance has allocated $50,000 of grant money to projects participating in the hackathon, but the distribution of those funds is up to you, the community.
In order to participate in the hackathon and help get Fragment up and running all you have to do is vote for our project. The voting process is simple. All voting is done with BNB tokens using either a Metamask or a Walletconnect compatible wallet.
If you don’t have a Metamask wallet, no worries, it is really easy to get one. Just head over to https://metamask.io/ and install the program on your browser. From there, click on the fox icon at the top right of your browser. A popup screen will load and then you should click “continue.” Next, you create your password and make sure that you save the seed phrase they give you so you can regain access to your wallet if you forget your password. Now you’re all set, just transfer some BNB on the BSC network to your wallet and you’ll be ready to vote.
To vote for us:
1) Make sure you have some BNB in your Metamask wallet. When you transfer BNB into your wallet please make sure to use the Binance Smart Chain, which utilizes BEP-20 tokens.
2) Head over to our project page on Hackerlink
3) Connect your wallet using the button on the top right of the page
4) Enter the number of votes you would like to submit into the blank field
5) Click the confirm button to send your vote
In this round of voting your first vote is equivalent to 0.01BNB. Additional votes are priced according to the formula of 0.01*N BNB, where N signifies the number of votes you have cast for the project.
Binance’s grant pool will be distributed according to the share of votes we receive in the hackathon, so please show us some love and let’s get this thing going! We promise that with a little bit of help, Fragment Protocol is going to go very far.
